Whilst electricity bills for most of us continue to soar out of control, a key feature of The Beachmere Project is its sustainable environmental performance, including net-zero energy consumption.
The design of The Beachmere Project was critical when considering achieving an outstanding “net-zero energy performance”. Exceptionally, The Project will produce more energy than it uses thereby eliminating its quota of annual carbon emissions. To achieve this, energy saving strategies have been implemented and on-site renewable energy is generated to meet the heating, cooling and energy demands of the home.
